Talia Fleming

Talia Fleming is originally from Northern California. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona and then earned her FNP degree from Simmons University of Boston, Massachusetts. Talia completed her FNP clinical training in both Phoenix and Paradise Valley, Arizona. She specializes in family and regenerative medicine and has a great passion for preventative medicine.

Prior to achieving her FNP certification, Talia has over nine years experience in nursing. She originally began her career as a Medical Surgical RN back in 2015 then moved to Arizona where she has worked as a Critical Care and Acute Care RN. She received Sigma Theta Tau International Global Nursing Excellence recognition in 2017, and Alpha Chi National Honor Society recognition in 2018 for her academic performance. She currently resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona where she strives to provide the highest quality of care with respect, excellence, and innovation for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and training for wellness division fitness competitions.
